Israeli Artist Michael Eisemann has explored his art in many visual forms, but his most frequent style is creating large works on square graph paper with multiple stores and images represented in one piece. He will have a colored watercolor, pencil sketching, and ink forms throughout the image. His works can be sold in original, limited edition or open editions.
This 1985 work is an open edition. Most of Mr. Eisemann’s works are fairly large, this piece is a 29x37 double framed piece. Subject matter in this piece includes dogs, color river scene, riverbank and figures. Also, rough etching of a horse with cart. No structural damage to serigraph. As mentioned, this piece has a smaller blue wooden frame embedded into a larger oak frame, and is under glass. Due to the use of graph paper for these works many have a brownish toning to the paper throughout. This is commonly seen in Mr. Eisemann’s works of this style.
