Isamu Noguchi (1904-1988) was primarily a stone artist who also ventured into industrial design through the Bakelite "nurse" monitor and tables for the firm Herman Miller. His works are not directly associated to any particular period or movement, but can be identified as "abstract art" due to the flowing forms curving lines. His works are able to be seen in New York City at the The Isamu Noguchi Garden Museum (now known as The Noguchi Museum), in Long Island City, New York. Mr. Noguchi has been highly decorated and awarded.

This piece would be excellent for a minimalist space or a modern art space. Or to add to a Noguchi collection! 2004 USPS issued stamps, non-circulated full set, framed in a sleek black and white modern style with a touch of silver. The five stamps are staggered in their mounting, giving a 3D effect which adds to the abstract and modern feel of the piece. The professional framing is done with a curved black frame, under glass, dust cover and hanging hardware. No issues with framing or image. This piece is seeking its new modernist home where it can grace your walls. It does have weight to it, so it should be hung on a stud. Framed size 12x19x2, image 3x9.
